A Personal Mission
Years ago, my family faced the harsh consequences of a miscalculated property sale, losing six figures and being forced to downgrade under intense time pressure. That experience shaped my real estate approach: prioritizing clients to ensure no one endures what we did.
My passion for property began at 16, working with my father, a real estate broker. I saw firsthand the impact of this industry on people’s lives and knew I wanted to help others make confident decisions about their largest investment. With an entrepreneurial mindset, I thrive in this merit-driven field, where success is earned through dedication and hard work.
A Shared Mission
My wife and partner, Melinde (Ms. Chu), has been by my side for over a decade. Her passion for property grew from assisting me in my early career. Inspired by the impact we could make together, she took the bold step to become a licensed real estate agent. Despite initial challenges, Melinde persevered and passed her RES exams after three attempts, earning her license over the last year.
Together, we bring a unique synergy to our work. Coming from humble beginnings, we understand the struggles and aspirations of many Singaporean families. This perspective drives our commitment to making a positive impact, whether it’s helping first-time homeowners, guiding families through upgrades, or supporting investors in growing their portfolios.
